Though the history of the Manhattan cocktail is murky at best, the libation is a classic, and one of our favorites. Flank’s Manhattan Menu covers a lot of ground – from the classic iteration to the Italian amaro-imbued versions – with multiple variations of the historic cocktail that was imbibed frequently at traditional Beefsteak Banquets. Paying homage to our homeland, Napa Cabernets will be aplenty, however, our wine selection also favors steak-eating countries like Spain, Argentina, Chile, and Australia, with equal nods to old-world wine makers from Italy and France. An exhaustive collection of large-format bottles will suit big parties, while our state-of-the-art Coravin™ preservation system allows for world-class and award-winning wines to be available by the glass, poured tableside.
